How payment works
- Your card is saved securely when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- You are charged after your clean is complete, on the day of service.
- Move-in, move-out and deep cleans require a $50 deposit at booking, credited to your final bill.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 13% HST.
- Recurring clients are charged after each visit.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: a $50 late cancellation fee applies.
- If our team arrives and cannot get in (no access, no one home, locked out), a $50 lockout fee applies.
- Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
- If we need to reschedule, we will tell you as early as possible and you will never be charged a fee.
Satisfaction guarantee and refunds
- If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back within 48 hours to fix it, free of charge.
- Please send a photo of the area so we can fix it quickly.
- If we cannot fix the issue with a re-clean, we will offer a partial or full refund for the affected part of the service.
- Refunds are returned to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
